From 2016 to 2017 Christian Wimplinger was employed at the Research Platform "Mobile Cultures and Societies" during his application for a fellowship. He is a member of the VDA Theory and Methodology in the Humanities at the University of Vienna. Since October 2017 he is a fellow at the International Research Center for Cultural Studies (IFK).
