Katharina Hoff-Powell is a PhD candidate at the Department of English and American Studies, University of Vienna. In 2011 and 2012 she conducted research at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In her work she focuses on foodscapes and media representations of glocal Hong Kong identities through food.
