Kevin Potter is a University Assistant and Ph.D Candidate in the Department of English and American Studies at the University of Vienna. His dissertation project, tentatively titled "Kinopoetics: Migrant Literature in a Politics of Motion", considers the politics of migrancy and mobility, and envisions the ways in which migrant politics and poetics are mutually reinforced. Kevin holds a Research Master's (RMA) in Comparative Literary Studies from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of South Florida.
